Member Duties
- Members must remain active on their main game.
- Members must only be on their DF or DevL tag. ( DF-"name"   or DevL "name")
- Members must be part of only one clan, Devils Forces. (Squads sponsored by Devils Forces are Permitted)
- Members must only have one DF account.
- Members must not discriminate at any time.
- Members should not use illegal hacks.
- Members must never BS (backstab) on their clan tag.
- Members must respect ALL members.
- Never ask for promotions from anyone higher ranked than you.
- Members should participate in all clan events. (meetings, tournaments etc.)
- Members should register and remain active on Clan DF Forums.
- Members should keep a fun and clean environment for gaming.


Division Leaders
- Keep Division active at whatever cost. ( if help needed ask Truveliko of assisstance)
- Add calendar events regarding specific division.
- Notify Division Members to login.
- Attend ALL Division Leader meetings.
- Schedule tournaments/practices/duels/

etc. in coordination with Tournament Staff.
- Post website news regarding specific division information.
- Delegate certain responsibility to other Division Members.
- Attend all Meetings. ( Days will be Announced)
- Keep specific Division Forum clean and orderly.
- Notify Commanders of current Division activity.
- Remain active in the Division Leaders forum.

Clan Leaders
- Maintain a stable status in the clan at whatever cost.
- Attend ALL Administration meetings.
- Approve/Deny Inactive Requests.
- Award/Revoke appropriate medals.
- Demote/Disable for DSL.
- Remind Members to login daily.
- Host Monthly Member Meetings.
- Answer any and all questions Members may have.
- Add/Moderate Squads for Members.
- Post Calendar Events for Clan-related Misc.
- Maintain the Recruiters List in coordination with Division Leaders.
- Post news and announcments to keep members informed.
- Attend all Meetings. ( Days to be Announced)
- Monitor website logs and report to a Commander if necessary.
- Assist Division Leaders and Commanders in any way needed.
- Remain active in the Administration forum.


Forum Moderation Team
- Keep all forum sections clean and orderly.
- Lock posts more than one month old.
- Move old Topics to Storage
- Report any violators to TRUVELIKO
- Edit any vulgar language in Member posts.
- Delete any duplicate/spam messages immediately.
- Remain active in the DF Moderation forum.
** Termination may occur at any time


Squad Leaders -
- Keep an updated Squad status on the website.
- Accept/Reject Member Requests immediately.
- Maintain Squad Website if applicable.
- Host periodic meetings for Squad Members.
- Ask Administration to post appropriate news.
- MUST keep squad active to remain on site.
** Squad may be removed at any time


Tournament Staff
- Schedule Tournaments in coordination with Division Leaders.
- Post tournaments on the website and continue to update them.
- Change status to Closed once tournament is complete.
- Post information regarding specific Tournaments on the Forums.
- Contact TRUVELIKO to apply for Tournament Staff status.
** Termination may occur at any time

Recruiting Policies

- Members without DF tag or DEVL tag on the Website are not considered Members.
- Specific Division Policies apply for recruiting procedures.
- Explain to all new recruits about logging in, voting, and The Forums.
- Ask appropriate Division Leader(s) to be added to the Recruiter List.
- Disabled recruits do not count as active recruits.
- Use Your Judgement on Recruiting new members.


** Recruiting privelages may be revoked at any time


Getting Involved
- Being active on our forums is a crucial element of our clan.
- Participating in Division and Clan activities is very important.
- Posting your Member Picture on the Forums shows us who you are.
- Talking on Ventrilo with clan members is beneficial.
- Telling others is the best way to spread the word of our wonderful clan.

Forum/Website
- No hacking of any type or you will face full persecution.
- No guessing of other Members' passwords.
- Check the Website and Forums daily!
- Add all DF websites to your Favorites.
- Check Facebook or Twitter if Site is Down.
- Remain patient if any of the DF websites are down.
- Only ONE account is allowed at once.
- Forum posts should be posted in the correct thread.
- Necro posting will not be tolerated.

Disciplinary Actions

- Minor Offense: Demotion of one rank.
- Moderate Offense: Demotion of 2 or more ranks.
- Major Offense: Disablement from clan.
- Forum/Website violations will result in ip-banning.
- Spamming on battle.net will result in a 1 Day ban from the channel.
- Spamming on any of DF's servers will result in a 1+ Day ban.
** Bad Manners will result in immediate termination


Clan Security

Clan Security is completely normal; No known threats. Everything is open to the public.

Rejoining

- The rank of ALL new members is recruit.
- Your re-acceptance will be based on the conditions you left.
- Your rank will be based on the time you have been gone.
- Traitors are not welcome back into DF.
- Anyone caught sneaking members in will be banned without warning.
